About CRC Fire

Established in 2011, CRC Fire is an independent fire safety engineering and consultancy firm. We work across various projects, including hospitals, nursing homes, schools, commercial and retail developments, industrial buildings, hotels, licensed premises, and residential developments.

We specialise in developing fire safety strategies for new and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with all standards while working closely with fire authorities, design teams, and clients. Our services include preparing and submitting fire safety certificate applications and delivering cost-effective, compliant solutions.

At CRC Fire, we take pride in our proactive approach to project completion. We work diligently to secure fire safety certification and provide evidence for building control and fire authorities, including HIQA for nursing homes. A key part of our role involves working with building occupants, especially during fire safety upgrades in occupied buildings, where we implement enhanced fire safety management strategies.

With extensive experience and a strong focus on Building Control Regulations, we act as 'ancillary certifiers' to ensure projects meet final sign-off and approval requirements.

At CRC Fire, we support licensed premises with the necessary inspections and provide the Opinion of Compliance certification required for licensed premises renewals. Our expertise ensures that your premises meet all fire safety standards, helping you navigate the renewal process smoothly and efficiently.
